While we do not sell personal information to third parties, we reserve the right to use data as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service optimization.

3. Data Retention and Download Limits

Your data is stored on our servers and is automatically deleted after 7 days. During this period, you can download your biodata up to 20 times per biodata. After 7 days or 20 downloads (whichever comes first), you will need to recreate your biodata for additional downloads. Data deletion requests are processed within 7-15 business days, subject to our verification process and legal obligations.

Important Restrictions: Once your biodata is created, the name field cannot be changed or edited due to security and data integrity reasons to prevent misuse and maintain authenticity of the biodata. We are not responsible for any errors in information provided by users. Please ensure you enter the correct information before finalizing your biodata creation.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We use third-party services including Google Analytics, Razorpay, cloud storage providers, and other service providers necessary for our operations. These services may access your data as required for service delivery. We may also share data when required by law, to prevent fraud, protect our rights, or in case of business transfers or mergers.

7. Your Rights and Limitations

You may request data deletion or have privacy-related questions, subject to our verification process and legal obligations. We reserve the right to retain certain data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and business records. Response to data requests may take up to 30 days. Some requests may be denied if they conflict with our legitimate business interests or legal requirements.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
